Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with every Faithful Hands book. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
General returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Books must be in resalable condition: unread, undamaged, and in their original packaging if possible. Once we receive the returned book, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Pre-order deposits and completed pre-order purchases follow the same 30-day return window, starting from the date your book ships.
Damaged or defective books
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please send a photo and your order number to contact@myheirway.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it at no cost to you and cover the shipping on the replacement.
How to start a return
- Email us at contact@myheirway.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your book.
- Pack the book securely and ship it back using the method we provide.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
